Downloading Videos to Devices with Real Player SP

Technology has given us the ability to view millions of videos on line as well as on personal media devices for enjoyment of anytime. However, capturing videos from the web and converting them can be a difficult costly process. If you are a media addict like me chances are that you have various applications that can capture and convert media into just about any format, but what if you are the average consumer and/or are on a budget??

Real Player SP is the solution, this FREE media playback application provides the tools to capture video from YouTube and other sites while providing easy conversion to other media formats.

How it Works
Once installed (with the download option checked), a DOWNLOAD VIDEO drop down is placed in the upper corner of videos playing on web page such as YouTube, when slected the video is then downloaded to your library and can be played back at any time. Once the download is complete an option to convert, play, and even share on Facebook and Twitter is available. From here the video can be converted to just about any format. This conversion can be done from the library as well at a later date should you not want to convert the video at the time of download.

Other Benefits
Downloading and converting media aside, there are other benefits to using Real Player SP, the main function of Real Player is as a media library player such as Windows Media and iTunes. Unlike these players, Real Player plays just about any format of audio and video files, it will even play unprotected iTunes ACC. This is one of the main reasons why I have used Real Player since its release many many years ago. With Real Player you can access the video and audio in your library easily, if you have a Rhapsody account and download content, it will even platy those as well.
